How quickly will I get a quote?+

What does a call-out cost?+
A standard diagnostic call-out is £80, which covers the first hour plus parts. If the job needs a return visit and you accept the quote, that £80 comes off the total price. If you decide not to go ahead, the £80 diagnostic fee still applies. Genuine emergencies are charged on a fixed call-out fee.

What guarantee do I get?+
A 24 month workmanship guarantee, plus your choice of 5, 7 or 10 year manufacturer warranty on a new boiler depending on the install. The workmanship guarantee covers parts we supplied and is void if a third party interferes with the work.
